Miguel Prieto Perant is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Alicante (Bar Association of Alicante), has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from University of Alicante and a master’s degree in Legal Consulting from the Escorial-María Cristina Royal University Centre.

He began his professional activity in companies and private entities, performing legal consulting tasks in different fields of Law. Then, he continued his professional career at various offices in the city of Alicante and, lastly, he founded Prieto y Arfaoui Abogados, the firm he runs at present.

Fadoua Arfaoui Hakim is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Alicante (Bar Association of Alicante), has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from University of Alicante with a one-year time at Tor Vergata University of Rome and a master’s degree in Advocacy from University of Valencia. Furthermore, she attended the Companies’ Internationalization course at Lluís Vives Business School for the Ivex.

She began her work activity as a lawyer in Valencia, where she was a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Valencia (Bar Association of Valencia). Then, she moved to Alicante where she continued to develop her professional career at different consolidated offices and, finally, she founded the firm Prieto y Arfaoui Abogados which she runs at present.
